Directions to the Casino Employment Center

• Take I-94 Michigan Exit 1.

•Turn north toward New Buffalo.

•After 1 mile, make a right onto Jefferson Street.

•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.

•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.

The Employment entrance will be on your right.
The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

Executive Chef
Responsible for all restaurant operations back of house. Bachelors degree and minimum 8 years related experience.

Executive Pastry Chef
Responsible for all pastry and baking operations. Bachelors degree and minimum 6 years related experience.

Executive Sous Chef
Responsible for all main kitchen and buffet operations. Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years related experience.

Restaurant Chef
Responsible for an individual restaurant, back of house. Culinary degree or equivalent preferred and 3 to 4 years food management experience.

Restaurant Sous Chef
Responsible for a single shift, back of house. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 to 3 years related experience.

Meat Cutters
Responsible for meat, seafood and poultry fabrication. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 to 3 years related experience.

Cooks 1, 2 & 3*
Responsible for cooking and preparing food in a restaurant. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 1 to 4 years related experience.

Pastry Cooks 2 & 3*
Responsible for preparing baked goods and confections. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 1 to 4 years related experience.

Director of Beverage Operations
Responsible for all restaurant, lounge and casino beverage operations. Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years related experience.

Beverage Manager
Responsible for assisting Director of Beverage Operations. Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience.

Beverage Supervisor
Responsible for a single shift in Beverage Operations. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 to 3 years related experience.

Bartenders*
Responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic beverages. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 to 3 years related experience.

Beverage Server*
Responsible for serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 1 to 2 years related experience.

Barback*
Responsible for stocking and cleaning beverage areas. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 1 year experience.

Executive Steward
Responsible for back of house sanitation and dishwashing. Bachelor's degree preferred and 6 to 8 years related management experience.

Stewarding Shift Supervisor*
Responsible for supervising kitchen sanitation and dishwashing on an assigned shift. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 to 4 years related experience.

Kitchen Utility*
Responsible for detail cleaning of kitchen areas. Entry level, high school diploma or G.E.D.

Steward*
Responsible for dishwashing and cleaning in a restaurant. Entry level, high school diploma or G.E.D.

Director Restaurant Operations
Responsible for all restaurant operations, front of house. Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years related experience.

Restaurant Manager
Responsible for an individual restaurant, front of house. Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years restaurant management experience.

Restaurant Shift Supervisor
Responsible for a single shift, front of house. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 1 to 3 years related supervisory experience.

Food Server Fine Dining
Responsible for restaurant food and beverage service. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 4 to 5 years related experience. Wine knowledge a plus.

Food Server Casual Dining*
Responsible for restaurant food and beverage service. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 2 to 3 years related experience.

Host/Hostess Cashier*
Responsible for greeting guests and cash handling. Entry level, high school diploma or G.E.D.

Bus Person/Stocker*
Responsible for restaurant busing and stocking restaurant. Entry level, high school diploma or G.E.D.

Director Hotel Operations
Responsible for all hotel operations and services. Bachelor's degree and 8 years minimum related experience.

Hotel Front Office Manager
Responsible for front desk and hotel operations. Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years related experience.

Executive Housekeeper
Responsible for hotel room and public area housekeeping. Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years related experience.

Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Responsible for guest room and public area housekeeping. High school diploma or G.E.D. and 4 years related experience.

Hotel Housekeeping Attendants
Responsible for cleaning guest rooms on a daily basis. Entry level, high school diploma or G.E.D.

Hotel Front Desk Agent
Responsible for greeting hotel guests: Check-in/Check-out. Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years related experience.

Bell Person / Door Attendant
Responsible for greeting hotel guests and transporting luggage. Entry level, high school diploma or G.E.D.
