Director, Human Resources
Interprets policy and directs and coordinates various HR activities.
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, or five to six years human resource experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Progressive supervisory experience required.

Administers and implements the group insurance benefit programs; such as health, dental, life. Administers the 401K plan.
Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred and or, one to three years related benefits experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Human Resource Representative
Serves as human resource liaison ensuring all human resources and property policies and procedures are effectively communicated.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), some college preferred. 2 ' 3 years HR or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Director, Training and Development
Responsible for direction of the daily operations of training and development, including
implementation and enhancement of course modules. College degree preferred or equivalent
experience. 4 ' 5 years of management level experience required. 2 - 4 years in training &
development or related fields preferred. Gaming/hospitality industry experience preferred.
Training Manager
Responsible for coordination of the Certified Instructors and Sponsors in designated departments, including facilitating the training of employees, using approved job skills modules. Assists in implementation of all property course modules.
A Bachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years experience, or 3 - 4 years experience in a related industry. Attention to detail, strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to clearly explain and demonstrate concepts and skills to others.
Workers' Compensation Coordinator
Responsible for recording all work related injuries for in-house records and for OSHA record keeping logs and state requirements.
Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
