How to Apply

Directions to the Casino Employment Center

• Take I-94 Michigan Exit 1.

•Turn north toward New Buffalo.

•After 1 mile, make a right onto Jefferson Street.

•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.

•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.

The Employment entrance will be on your right.
The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

  3. The Pokagaon Band of the Potawatomi Indians excercise Native American hiring preference. Only those meeting minimum qualifications and requirements of the Tribe will be invited to interview.

Database Administrator
Responsible for managing and maintaining computer databases for the casino. Bachelors degree or a minimum of five years equivalent practical work experience and/or DBA certifications.

Information Technology Manager
Responsible for managing multi-user applications and routine maintenance of file server and network operating systems in a network environment. Bachelors degree or a minimum of five years equivalent practical work experience. Minimum of four years experience with network operating systems, including PBX and telecommunications systems, preferably in a casino environment. Two years supervisory or management experience preferred.

Senior Support Technician
Responsible for maintenance and installation of computer systems. Bachelor's degree and four to six years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Two to four years experience in computer programming or information management required. MCSE certification required.

Support Technician
Responsible for installation and maintenance of computer systems and computer software. Technical degree in computer science or related area, two to four years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 1 to 2 years programming experience required.

Telecommunications Manager
Responsible for managing audio-visual, network cabling, PBX, and telecommunications systems. Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer science or business administration, or equivalent practical work experience. Minimum of four years experience in cabling, electronics, telecommunications or related field, with casino-related experience preferred. Two years management experience preferred.

Telecommunications Technician
Responsible for assisting with the installation, evaluation and maintenance of all audio and visual equipment on property. Also responsible for assisting with network cabling, telecommunications cabling, PBX equipment and network hardware. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Technical degree in electronics and/or engineering preferred. Six months to one year experience in electronics or related area, with casino-related experience preferred.
