Directions to the Casino Employment Center

• Take I-94 Michigan Exit 1.

•Turn north toward New Buffalo.

•After 1 mile, make a right onto Jefferson Street.

•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.

•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.

The Employment entrance will be on your right.
The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

Advertising/Public Relations Manager
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all media, as well as providing publicity for the casino's facilities, events, and programs. Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing or related area and 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skill. Must be extremely people oriented and computer literate.

Call Center Manager
Responsible for scheduling and overseeing operation of the casino's call center. Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent computer skills and knowledge of call center systems.

Call Center Representative
Responsible for answering telephone calls and making reservations. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. One year related experience preferred.

Call Center Supervisor
Responsible for assisting in the operation of the casino's call center on an assigned shift. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Some college courses preferred. One to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Data Entry Clerk
Responsible for entering and updating guest information in the computer system. High school diploma or G.E.D.

Database Representative
Responsible for assisting in the management of marketing databases. Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience. Knowledge of database marketing and reporting programs and systems required, including Oracle, Access, Excel and Discoverer.

Director Guest Services
Responsible for the successful overall direction and management of all activities related to player development and the player's club. Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years casino experience required. Two to five years supervisory/managerial experience required.

Director Marketing
Responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies related to advertising, public relations, promotions and direct marketing. Bachelor's degree in marketing and 4 to 6 years related casino marketing experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years casino experience required. Two to five years supervisory/managerial experience required.

Director Sales
Responsible for management of all Sales Department functions, including bus operations, hotel services, trade shows and sales functions. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience in tour, travel or hospitality marketing or sales, with progressive supervisory experience. Minimum of 4 years experience in casino marketing, with emphasis on direct sales marketing preferred.

Executive Casino Host
Responsible for acquiring, retaining, reactivating, and growing play from high-end slot and table guests through personal, professional contact. Bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong background in customer-service/relations, with experience in the casino industry preferred. Ability to speak a second language preferred.

Graphic Artist
Responsible for graphic design and production of ads, brochures, flyers, coupons and signage to market the casino. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Technical school degree in graphic design or equivalent experience. Experience in graphic design for marketing and advertising preferred. Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Photoshop, layout software, HTML, Flash and video creation software. Must present a copy of portfolio and original work at interview.

Guest Services Program Manager
Responsible for the successful overall operation of guest service program. Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years experience in a guest service related field, preferably in a casino.

Marketing Research Analyst
Responsible for developing and analyzing statistical reports for all Marketing Department operations. Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics or related field required. Minimum of 2 years experience using spreadsheets and database applications for analytical reports. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost benefit analysis and financial statement interpretation required.

Player Development Manager
Responsible for the successful overall operation of player development, casino hosts and relevant special events. Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years in a guest-service-related field, preferably in a casino with progressive supervisory/managerial experience required. Basic accounting knowledge required. Must possess a working knowledge of advanced casino marketing principles, and be capable of applying same to various special projects and player development events.

Player's Club Manager
Responsible for the successful overall operation of the player's club and relevant special events. Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience managing a staff of 30+ preferred.

Player's Club Representative
Responsible for promoting the success of the player's club by assisting guests through the membership process, and explaining the benefits of membership. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Must have outstanding guest service skills.

Player's Club Supervisor
Responsible for coordinating and directing the activities of the player's club on assigned shift. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Two to three years related experience required, including progressive supervisory experience.

Production Technician
Responsible for coordinating, maintaining and operating all technical lighting systems, audio and visual systems in the casino. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Two to three years technical background in sound and lighting systems and video production required.

Promotions & Events Manager
Responsible for creating, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all casino promotions and special events. Bachelor's degree in marketing or business required and 3 to 4 years related event management, marketing or casino experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to effectively resolve problems, based on common sense of reasoning ability, as well as knowledge of established policies.

Promotions Representative
Responsible for coordinating, implementing and evaluating casino special events. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. One year of related experience preferred. Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and other marketing programs. Must be able to work under stressful conditions and coordinate multiple projects.

Sales Manager
Responsible for the successful overall management of the Sales Department. Bachelor's degree and 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. There is minimal supervision of this position, so the ability to effectively perform on one's own is required. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Sales Representative
Responsible for making sales calls, booking tour groups, tracking tour groups and greeting guests and bus passengers. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. One to two years previous sales experience required. May occasionally travel.

Systems/Database Manager
Responsible for managing the player tracking program, customer databases, and direct marketing programs. Bachelor's degree plus 3 to 4 years related experience and/or training in creating and managing direct mail, email and telemarketing programs. Knowledge of database marketing and reporting programs and systems required.

VIP Services Representative
Responsible for providing accurate, timely information to VIP guests about casino and hotel policies, services, amenities, ensuring optimum guest service and satisfaction. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. One to two years related experience preferred. Must have the ability to effectively perform on one's own. Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to effectively resolve problems, based on common sense use of reasoning ability, as well as knowledge of established casino policies.
