How to Apply

Directions to the Casino Employment Center

• Take I-94 Michigan Exit 1.

•Turn north toward New Buffalo.

•After 1 mile, make a right onto Jefferson Street.

•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.

•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.

The Employment entrance will be on your right.
The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

Director of Retail Sales
Responsible for developing, directing and managing retail operations. Bachelor's degree and four to six years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Gift Shop Manager
Responsible for the successful overall management of the gift shops. Bachelor's degree and three to five years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Gift Shop Clerk
Responsible for assisting guests in the gift shop. High school diploma or G.E.D. required.

Retail Inventory Control Manager
Responsible for analysis and management of inventory in the gift shops. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Two to four years retail experience required, preferably in a casino and/or hotel.

Wardrobe Manager
Responsible for the overall management of the uniform room and its staff. High school diploma or G.E.D. and two to four years of college courses or work experience in uniform management, sewing factory management or retail buying and/or management.

Uniform Supervisor
Responsible for the supervision and organization of the uniform room, coordinating the inventory and staff of the seamstresses, in the distribution, alteration, and tracking of uniform stock for the casino, hotel and theater. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Five to seven years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to operate all commercial sewing equipment with professional alteration skills and results. The ability to analyze and solve alteration problems. The ability to instruct and train staff seamstresses.

Seamstress
Responsible to distribute uniforms to employees, maintain an inventory of uniforms and make necessary uniform alterations and repairs. High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred and/or three years related experience or training. Must have the ability to operate all commercial sewing equipment with professional alteration skills and results. The ability to analyze and solve alteration problems.
