How to Apply

Directions to the Casino Employment Center

• Take I-94 Michigan Exit 1.

•Turn north toward New Buffalo.

•After 1 mile, make a right onto Jefferson Street.

•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.

•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.

The Employment entrance will be on your right.
The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

Card Sorter
Responsible for sorting and marking used playing cards. High school diploma or G.E.D.

Compliance Manager
Responsible for ensuring casino compliance with gaming regulations. Bachelors degree and 3 to 5 years compliance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compliance Coordinator
Responsible for verifying compliance with tribal-state compact with respect to licensing activities. High school diploma or G.E.D. Some college preferred. Minimum 3 years administrative support experience.

Director Security
Responsible for all daily operations in the Security department which is responsible for the protection and safety of casino guests and casino assets. Bachelors degree and 4 to 6 years compliance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum 4 years law enforcement experience).

Security Shift Manager
Responsible for the efficient operation of the Security Department on assigned shift, in accordance with the property's established policies, procedures and controls. Bachelor's degree or four to six years related experience, or an equivalent combination of college and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Minimum of two (2) years experience in law enforcement or gaming security required. Excellent communication skills required.

Investigator
Responsible for investigating and reporting all security-related incidents. High school diploma or G.E.D. Some college preferred. Minimum 1 year law enforcement experience.

Limo/Shuttle Driver
Responsible for driving limos and/or shuttle busses on and off casino property. High school diploma or G.E.D. A valid commercial drivers license and excellent driving record required.

Locksmith
Responsible for maintaining security access to sensitive areas of the casino. High school diploma or G.E.D. One year related experience.

Security Officer
Responsible to provide security to guests and employees. High school diploma or G.E.D. Minimum 1 year related security or law enforcement experience required. Some positions require emergency medical technician certification and experience.

Transportation Manager
Responsible to oversee valet and limo/shuttle bus programs. Bachelors degree and 4 to 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valet Attendant
Responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles. High school diploma or G.E.D.

Surveillance

Surveillance Operations Manager
Responsible for directing all activities of surveillance employees. Bachelors degree and 4 to 6 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of four (4) years in law enforcement or related field, with progressive supervisory/managerial experience required. Background in gaming surveillance highly preferred. Must possess excellent observation and communication skills.

Surveillance Shift Supervisor
Responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities of surveillance employees for a shift. Bachelors degree preferred. Knowledge of, and experience with, closed circuit television equipment preferred. Minimum of two years in law enforcement, surveillance, or related area required. Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. Must be able to detect schemes or cheating activity directed toward the casino or its guests.

Surveillance Operator
Responsible for maintaining continuous surveillance of the gaming floor and the entire casino. High school diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of, and experience with, closed circuit television equipment preferred. Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. Must be able to detect schemes or cheating activity aimed at the casino or its guests.

Surveillance Systems Technician
Responsible for testing, repair and maintenance for all surveillance equipment. High school diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of, and experience with, closed circuit television equipment preferred. Must possess excellent observational and communication skills. Experience in gaming surveillance technology and knowledge of cabling standards required.
