Directions to the Casino Employment Center

• Take I-94 Michigan Exit 1.

•Turn north toward New Buffalo.

•After 1 mile, make a right onto Jefferson Street.

•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.

•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.

The Employment entrance will be on your right.
The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

Director, Slot Services
Responsible for the direction of all guest and employee related operations in the Slot Department complying with policies, procedures and gaming regulations while ensuring efficient operation of the slot floor on a continual basis. Four-year college degree and 4 ' 6 years casino slot department experience.

Director, Slot Maintenance
Responsible for the successful overall direction of all activities in the Maintenance and Arcade functions of the Slots Department, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all slot maintenance operations, in accordance with established policies, procedures and gaming regulations. Technical degree in electronics and 4 - 6 years experience working in major casino slot maintenance dept. Superior computer skills and proficiency in Windows applications required.

Slot Shift Manager
Responsible for the coordination and supervision of all slot operational areas on assigned shift, in accordance with policies, procedures and gaming regulations. College degree preferred or equivalent experience. Two to three years supervisory/management experience required. One to two years slot floor experience preferred.

Shift Supervisor, Slot Operations
Responsible for ensuring maximum guest service and satisfaction through the organization and supervision of assigned area according to policies, procedures, and gaming regulations. Strong computer skills required, proficient in Windows applications. Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Lead Slot Technician
Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines and the coordination and supervision of all Slot Technicians on assigned shift in accordance with property policies and procedures. High school diploma, and three to five years Slot Technician experience. Electronics degree preferred. One year of supervisory experience required.

Slot Attendant
Responsible for daily balancing of change banks, distribution of coin to guests and verification of jackpots and fills within specified sections. High school diploma and/or six months gaming experience. Cashier experience preferred.

Slot Floorperson
Responsible for the coordination of all Slot Attendants in providing efficient service to all slot guests and ensures slot machines are monitored on a continual basis for full capacity operation. High school diploma and/or one to two years slot floor experience.

Slot Technician I
Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines under the direction of the Lead Slot Technician. High school diploma, and one year slot floor experience. Electronics degree preferred. Slot Bench Technician
Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines. High school diploma and one year slot technician experience. Electronics degree preferred.
