•After 1/2 mile, Jefferson Street turns into Maudlin Road.
•Take Maudlin Road another 1 1/2 miles.
The Employment entrance will be on your right.

The Four Winds Casino Resort Employment Center is located at the rear of the Casino. To access the employment office, it is best to enter Reservation property at the rear entrance located at 10528 Maudlin Rd., New Buffalo (see map).

Financial Analyst
Responsible for designing, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring departmental budgets, productivity analysis, variance analysis and the development of cost and forecasting models.
F&B Analyst
Responsible for developing and analyzing statistical reports for all F&B operations in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines.
F&B Analyst and Financial Analyst
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related area from a four-year college, or 4 - 6 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost benefit analysis and financial statement interpretation required. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate with superior spreadsheet skills. Minimum of one (1) year experience in financial analysis or related area, preferably in the gaming industry, required.
Planning and Analysis Manager
Responsible for coordinating, managing, and implementing all functions pertaining to analytics for departmental actual and budgeted financial, labor, food and beverage and marketing data, in addition to development of forecasting models.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related area from a four-year college, 4-6 years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Must have experience with budgeting, financial reporting, expense analysis, cost benefit analysis and financial statement interpretation required. Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate, with superior spreadsheet skills. Minimum of three (3) years experience in financial analysis or related area, preferably in the gaming industry required.
Executive Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative and guest service support to the General Manager, the Senior Vice President of Administration, and visiting VIPs.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, bachelor's degree from a four-year college preferred. Minimum of 3 ' 5 years strong secretarial experience required. Must be computer-literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to take accurate minutes of Operations Committee meetings required.
Administrative Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to department Vice President and possibly other department employees to achieve optimum service and satisfaction throughout the department. High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Some college preferred. Minimum of three years strong secretarial experience required, with typing speed of at least fifty (50) words per minute required. Must possess excellent communication skills and be computer-literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
